Setup & Dependencies

Account Setup
To manage account details — including the users and locations to which you have access — use the Account Administration capabilities. These APIs allow you to view and maintain user and location access associated with your account independently of any specific product integration.

Product Access Requirements
Some products — including state Electronic Vehicle Title & Registration and Motor Vehicle Record inquiry APIs — carry additional state program requirements. Before requesting Stage or Production access, please check the Access Requirements matrix for the product(s) you’re selecting to confirm your organization meets them.

Additional Registration Required

All EVR products require the Multi-State product to be registered to the same application, regardless of which state's EVR you're integrating with. Add both products to your application in the Developer Portal before making calls — EVR endpoints will fail without it.
