**Account Setup**  
To manage account details — including the users and locations to which you have access — use the [Account Administration](https://portal-test.vitu.com/api-catalog/sandbox/setup-and-maintain) capabilities. These APIs allow you to view and maintain user and location access associated with your account independently of any specific product integration.

**Product Access Requirements**  
Some products — including state Electronic Vehicle Title & Registration and Motor Vehicle Record inquiry APIs — carry additional state program requirements. Before requesting Stage or Production access, please check the [Access Requirements matrix](https://portal-test.vitu.com/api-catalog/access-matrix) for the product(s) you’re selecting to confirm your organization meets them.

Additional Registration Required

All EVR products require the Multi-State product to be registered to the same application, regardless of which state's EVR you're integrating with. Add both products to your application in the Developer Portal before making calls — EVR endpoints will fail without it.
